Fort Dorchester Elementary School fifth grade student, Jonathan Bitler and his teacher, Jane Sturgeon stand proudly with an American flag that was sent by his father, TSgt. Randall Bitler. The flag was flown in combat over Iraq on board a B-1B Lancer in honor of Mrs. Sturgeon's class by the 37th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron. A certificate of appreciation was also presented to Jonathan in recognition for the sacrifices he makes to support his father's deployment.
