Imagine stepping into the kitchen to prepare your family a healthy,
flavorful, home cooked meal in less than 30 minutes and pleasing
everyone's personal tastes. Sounds too good to be true? Think again.
Our Daily Bread Market has made it a dream come true.
Owned and operated by the Matheny Family; parents Danny and Susie, son
Daniel and daughter Lindsey have made their own dreams come true.
Daniel has always had a passion for cooking and believed his mother had
a great idea. He encouraged her to market it and now, as a family, they
are making history.
The idea all began when Suzie's friend, a midwife with children, ate out
every night. Not because she wanted to, but because time allowed for
nothing else for her and her family. Suzie made a handful of meals for
her one day and her friend loved it. They were able to sit down around
the dinner table as a family and eat a warm home cooked meal. A first
of many.
So what is this great idea? Select, frozen menu items already packaged
in either single or family sized portions for mixing and matching. All
required is an oven or a pot of boiling water. No assembly. All meals
are seasoned, cooked and vacuum-sealed. They can remain frozen for
months without losing flavor or acquiring freezer burn. Each item comes
with a step-by-step label for preparing
Usually, one must sacrifice taste for the ease of meal preparation. Not
the case with Our Daily Bread meals. Each item I had was delicious! My
husband, a man as picky as my six year old, even liked them. I must say
that their potato soup was the best I have ever had!
A repeat customer, Dena Davis-Bailey, owner of The Pink Crocodile and
By Invitation Only, says that she loves everything about it. Their food
is fantastic, service is awesome and the price is great. Her favorite
meal is the chicken bog; smoked sausage, chunks of white meat and white
rice seasoned and cooked to perfection. Dena also loves the broccoli
cornbread and thinks everyone should try it.
Another customer, Dwight, enjoyed the convenience of the handpicked
bagged meals for he and his wife while she had had eye surgery and he
had never cooked. What service, hand picking and bagging meals for
those in need. Suzie believes having ready to eat meals in the freezer
when one's heart and mind are not back into the swing of things is a
blessing.

serve. What could be easier? Suzie said many college parents load up a
cooler, drive up to their child's college, and stock them up with easy
healthy meals. They are also great for the elderly as the single
servings leave no waste and the simplicity is perfect for them.
The menu offers a variety of casseroles, sides, desserts, beef,
all-in-one casseroles, seafood, pork and chicken daily, with an
ever-changing variety of delicious homemade soups and other specials

meals they just prepared and have yet to freeze, so they are fresh and
ready in no time.
