Summerville Elementary student, Jacob Locklair, displays the medals he won for swimming at the Special Olympics Summer Games held at Ft. Jackson, SC. Jacob won a gold medal for the 50 meter swim and silver medals for the 200 meter relay and the 25 meter relay. Congratulations Jacob!
