Flip Flops

Bill Collins certainly flip flops. He's a former Republican, who wants to run as an Independent for the State Senate and then become a Republican again by joining their Caucus. Less than one week after the Republican Primary in which over 13,000 people voted (most likely including him), he decides to temporarily be something else.
