Julian Pangrass, Kathy Tatum, GRI, CRS and Durwood Craver joined Century 21 Properties Plus, Inc. as a REALTOR® and will work out of the Summerville office located on West Richardson Avenue.

Pangrass studied general education at Florida State, Tallahassee Community College, and Manatee Community College, Bradenton, FL. Before joining Century 21 Properties Plus, he was a Realtor® with Weichart Realtors and is a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Homebuilders. He and his wife, Patricia, live in Summerville with their two children.

Tatum began her real estate career over 28 years ago and owned her own real estate company in Orangeburg, SC, for 16 years. She, most recently, worked at Carolina One Real Estate.

Tatum believes that real estate is a relationship business, "If you treat clients fairly and put their interests first, you'll have clients for life."

Tatum lives in Summerville and is a member of the Summerville Rotary Club.
